In my meal planning group, I often see parents asking for tips on how to get their toddlers to eat. They are looking for high protein foods for their toddlers!

My 3 year old started off as a great eater (like most kids do, I think). Then it seems she woke up one day and decided she was only going to eat 5 things. She is very skinny so I’m always trying to get her to eat some new and high calorie foods. One of her favorite snacks that I can get her to eat is mashed avocados with some salt and garlic powder. She loves to dip some chips in it! It’s also one of my favorites so I have to share. Ha.
